KOALA HUG Rewards: Collect Hugs, Get Exclusive Perks

Welcome to KOALA HUG Rewards, our exclusive loyalty program where you collect “Hugs” and redeem them for sweet discounts, gifts, and feel-good extras. And the best part? You’ll get a welcome gift of 15 Hugs just for signing up.

Here’s How It Works

Create an account to join KOALA HUG Rewards. It’s super easy – simply sign up while checking out your order.

As a thank-you for joining, you’ll receive 15 Hugs (worth €7.50) as you register. You can redeem these Hugs with your very next order.

Earn Hugs with every purchase

Every time you shop, you earn Hugs—simple as that. The number of Hugs you get depends on the product and its value. For every 10 euros spent you will receive 1 Hug.

Redeem your Hugs at checkout

Ready to cash in your Hugs? Starting with your next order, you’ll see at checkout how many Hugs you’ve earned with your purchase and how many you’ve already saved.

You can redeem your saved Hugs for a discount, with a minimum spend of €90. At checkout, you’ll also see a clear overview of your order, including the number of Hugs you’ll earn with your purchase.

Score Bonus Hugs

Beyond shopping, there are even more ways to boost your Hugs. Head to the “My Hugs” tab in your account to explore bonus opportunities—for example by telling us when your birthday is.
