There’s nothing quite like slipping into TENCEL™ Lyocell bedding. With a little extra care, you can keep it feeling wonderfully soft for longer. Made from certified eucalyptus wood, TENCEL™ Lyocell is breathable, moisture-regulating, and exceptionally gentle on your skin.
Washing instructions:
• Turn your bedding inside out and wash at a maximum of 40°C (104°F). Using a laundry bag helps protect the fabric.
• Use a mild liquid detergent and avoid chlorine or bleach.
• Make sure your bedding has enough room to move freely in the washing machine.
• Whenever possible, air-dry your bedding.
• Hang it up straight after washing for a smoother finish.
• If you use a dryer or need to iron your bedding, choose a low temperature.

A TENCEL™ duvet is breathable, helps regulate temperature, and is naturally hygienic. In most cases, simply airing it out is enough to keep your duvet feeling fresh.
Care tips:
• Your TENCEL™ duvet is ready to use straight away, so there’s no need to wash it before the first use.
• Always use a good-quality duvet cover, preferably made from TENCEL™. This helps protect your duvet and means it rarely needs washing. Once a year at most is usually more than enough.
• Have larger duvets professionally cleaned at a dry cleaner.
• Prefer to wash at home? Wash it at a maximum of 30°C (86°F) using a short cycle.
• Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach.
• Air-dry your duvet away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble-dry.
• Air your duvet from time to time to keep it fresh, but avoid shaking it vigorously.
• Store your duvet in a clean, dry place, inside a breathable storage bag.
With the right care, your TENCEL™ towels stay wonderfully soft, absorbent, and beautiful in colour. TENCEL™ is a durable material, and a little extra attention helps preserve its quality and softness over time.

No, you can enjoy your TENCEL™ bedding straight away without washing it first. Prefer the fresh scent of your favourite laundry detergent? You can, of course, wash it before use. Please note that washed or used bedding can’t be returned.
No, your TENCEL™ duvet is ready to use straight away. We recommend always using a well-fitting duvet cover and washing it regularly. This helps protect your duvet from dirt, moisture, and perspiration.
Wash the duvet itself as infrequently as possible, and always follow the care label. Airing it regularly is often enough to keep it fresh. If a stain appears, gently dab it with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products.
We recommend washing your TENCEL™ bedding about once a week to keep your sheets and pillowcases fresh and hygienic. If you prefer, you can wash your duvet cover once every two weeks. How often you wash your bedding also depends on your personal preferences and how you use it.
We recommend washing TENCEL™ bedding at 30°C (86°F) whenever possible, and at a maximum of 40°C (104°F). Use a laundry bag and select a delicate wash cycle to help protect the fabric's naturally soft, smooth feel. This helps preserve the quality and comfort of your bedding for longer.
We recommend air-drying your TENCEL™ bedding whenever possible. It's a gentle way to dry the fabric and helps maintain its quality over time. If you prefer to use a dryer, choose a low-temperature setting suitable for delicate fabrics.
TENCEL™ bedding has a naturally smooth feel and may be less prone to creasing than linen or cotton. To help minimise creases, remove your bedding from the washing machine as soon as the cycle ends, gently shake it out, and hang it up neatly.
If needed, iron at a low temperature, preferably while the fabric is still slightly damp. Always check the care label before ironing.
