  • Cover / ticking: Often, only the filling is made from TENCEL™, while the shell is cotton or polyester. This reduces breathability and skin-friendly comfort. Choose a comforter made from 100% TENCEL™ inside and out for optimal airflow, moisture regulation, and softness.

Also, look for OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, which guarantees the fabric is free from harmful substances and safe for sensitive skin — an important factor for children or allergy-prone sleepers.
