A small update on our shipping rates outside the Netherlands and Belgium
Great news for our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium: free shipping is here to stay. Because we ship all our TENCEL™ bedding, duvets, and bath textiles directly from our warehouse in Rotterdam, we’re able to keep our service free of charge in the Benelux. For orders to other European countries, we will be making a small rate adjustment of just €2 to €3 per order starting 3 August 2026, ensuring our international shipping remains fair and sustainable.
Why are we making this change?
Over the past few years, international shipping costs have increased significantly. To keep our product prices fair and competitive, while ensuring that international shipping remains sustainable, we need to adjust our shipping rates for orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
We believe in being open and transparent about changes like this, rather than quietly introducing them. That way, you’ll always know exactly what to expect before placing your order.
What's changing?
- The Netherlands & Belgium: Shipping remains free, with no changes.
- Other countries within Europe (Zone 1 and Zone 2): Every order is carefully shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipping rates will be updated based on shipping distance and carrier zones.
Zone 1) Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland and the Czech Republic
- €16 per order
- €22 per order for orders that include a duvet
Zone 2) United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Latvia, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Greece
- €22 per order
- €26 per order for orders that include a duvet
These new shipping rates will apply to all new orders placed on or after 3 August 2026.
Our promise remains the same
Our product prices are not changing. We’re only updating our shipping rates so they better reflect the actual cost of delivering orders to each country.
